A career diplomat, Shri Malay Mishra joined the Indian Foreign Service in 1979 and has served Indian Missions in France, Senegal, Mauritius, USA, Iran, Germany and Seychelles in different capacities. Recently, he was Joint Secretary heading Policy, Planning and Research Division in the Ministry of External Affairs before assuming the charge of High Commissioner of India to Trinidad and Tobago on 2 March, 2009. Shri Mishra has extensively worked in the areas of culture and information and dealt with the Indian community in the above countries, actively networking and supporting their activities. Jody Fry has a Ph.D. in Organization Theory and Behavior from The Ohio State University, an MBA from American University, and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Southern Methodist University. In addition to spending 8 years in private enterprise, he has been a faculty member at Texas A & M University and The University of Washington. Currently, he is a professor at Tarleton State University-Central Texas where he is the coordinator of their MS Management and Leadership Program and teaches the following courses: organizational change and development, organizational design, organizational behavior, ethics and leadership, managerial statistics, and business research methods. Dr. Fry is published in numerous scholarly journals including The Leadership Quarterly, The Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Business Ethics, The Academy of Management Journal, and The Academy of Management Review and has served on numerous editorial review boards. Presently, he is a member of the editorial review board of The Leadership Quarterly, a Co-editor of The Journal of Management Spirituality and Religion, and the editor for Information Age Publishing for a book series, Advances in Workplace Spirituality: Theory, Research, and Application. Dr. Josef Boehle is Research Fellow in Globalisation, Religion and Politics at the Department of Theology and Religion, University of Birmingham, and Coordinator of the UNESCO Chair in Interfaith Studies at the University of Birmingham. His current research focuses on Religions, Civil Society and International Institutions and he conducts research for the Religions and Development research programme at the University of Birmingham. He helped to organise major conferences and summits addressing inter-religious, inter-cultural and inter-civilisational issues, including a Symposium at UNESCO headquarters in Paris on Unity in Diversity. Ethical and Spiritual Visions for the World in November 2000. He participated in the Millennium NGO Forum at the UN in May 2000, the Millennium World Peace Summit at the UN in August 2000, the annual meetings of the Academic Council on the United Nations System, and gave a presentation at the UN conference on Interfaith Cooperation for Peace in June 2005. |

Dr. Radhika Nagrath with a journalistic experience of nearly 10 years is a correspondent for Hindustan Times from Haridwar region. She is also working at Baba Ramdev’s Divya Pharmacy, an ayurvedic medicine manufacturing unit as Deputy Manager. A prolific writer she has contributed to leading newspapers and journals on the issues of environment, art and culture and education. Dr. Sunita Singh Sengupta is a Professor of Organizational Behaviour at Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, India. Currently she is a Homi Bhabha Fellow and conducting a global research on “Developing Intra – Psychic Health at Workplace”. Prior to this she worked at Indian Institute of Management Calcutta as an Associate Professor in the Behavioural Sciences Group for about ten years. Dr. Singh Sengupta has authored ten books and about three dozen articles in several national and international journal of repute. Sraddhalu Ranade is a scientist, educationist and scholar. Based at the Sri Aurobindo Ashram (in Pondicherry, India), he specialised in physics, mathematics and computer sciences integrating them seamlessly with his philosophical and metaphysical and spiritual studies. He has also been deeply involved in Media development including television programming, software development and hardware design for over 25 years. He has been involved in various kinds of research projects including artificial intelligence based on neural networks, multimedia search and retrieval, image processing and video processing, and assorted simulation tools. He has conducted numerous intensive teacher-training workshops in Integral and value-based education all over India. In the last few years over 4500 teachers from more than 200 schools and colleges all over India have benefited from these programmes. He has also addressed special interest groups including management associations, educationists, lawyers, doctors and scientists worldwide. He believes firmly that India is destined to lead the world into a new paradigm of science and human development based on a new consciousness. |

Prof. M J Xavier obtained his Doctorate in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in the year 1984. He has been a teacher, trainer and consultant for over 25 years. He has authored three books and published more than 100 articles in Journals and Magazines in India and Abroad. His book `Marketing in the New Millennium’ won the DMA-Escorts Award for the best Management Book of the Year 1999. He has taught in premier Institutions like IIM Bangalore, XLRI Jamshedpur and IFMR Chennai. He has served as Visiting Faculty to a number of business schools in India and abroad including The University of Buckingham, U.K., Post Graduate Institute of Management, Sri Lanka, American university of Armenia in Armenia, The Texas Christian University, U.S.A. and California Polytechnic State University, U.S.A. He is currently the K B Chandrashekar distinguished professor of Marketing and the Director of the Kotler-Srinivasan Center for Marketing Research with Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai. His research interests include e-governance, subsistence markets and spirituality in the workplace. |

Dr. Sondra SeungJa Doe received her Ph.D. and Master of Social Work degrees from the Washington University in St. Louis in U.S.A. and a M.Sc.Econ. degree from the University of Wales in the United Kingdom. She taught graduate students at the Washington University in St. Louis, Indiana University Northwest, and California State University, San Bernardino. She served as the Baccalaureate Social Work Program Director at La Sierra University and most recently( 2006-2009) as the Director of the School of Social Work at the University of Southern Maine. Until 2009, Dr. Doe served as the Commissioner of the Commission on Global Social Work Education of the Council on Social Work Education in U.S.A. She was awarded a Fulbright research grant and her areas of teaching and research included social welfare policy, social capital theory, community and organization, and spirituality relating to macro social work issues. Currently, she is a professor at the School of Social Welfare of Jungwon University in Republic of Korea. She also serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Baccalaureate Social Work Education and the Journal of Community Practice published in U.S.A. |

Rajen K. Gupta (born April 8th, 1950) is presently the Professor and Chairman of the Human Behaviour and Organization Development Area at the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, India. Earlier he has been a professor at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and a visiting professor at Erasmus University, the Netherlands. His publications include over 80 articles, a textbook on organizational behaviour and a book on ‘Implementing Human Resource Development’ ( Rawat, Jaipur). There is also a collection of his papers on Indian culture and management entitled ‘Towards the Optimal Organization’(Excel, Delhi). He is a Professional Member of the Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Science and a Founder Member of the National HRD Network. Apart from a number of professional affiliations he is presently a member of the international editorial boards of the International Journal of Cross Cultural Management, and Journal of Research Practice.

Bertram H. Raven received his BA and MA (1948, 1949) in psychology from Ohio State University and his PhD (1953) in social psychology from the University of Michigan. He has been a member of the faculty of the Psychology Department at UCLA since 1956, where he is currently a Professor Emeritus, recalled and still active in research and instruction. At UCLA, he was also director of the Survey Research Center, director of a training program in health psychology, and chair of the Department of Psychology. He has served as a visiting professor and lecturer at the University of Nijmegen, Netherlands; Hebrew University in Jerusalem; London School of Economics; University of Washington; and University of Hawaii; as well as external examiner for the University of the West Indies. |

Dr. Mario Fernando is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Commerce, University of Wollongong (Australia), and a former Visiting Research Fellow of the Centre for Studies in Religion and Society, University of Victoria (Canada). He has published a book titled Spiritual Leadership in the Entrepreneurial Business: A Multifaith Study (2007), and also published in several peer reviewed journals such as the Journal of Business Ethics. Prior to his entry into academia, Mario held Board level and management consulting positions. |
