The strength of the Academy will lie in integrating wisdom traditions with modern management practices to promote compassion, love and truth at workplace in order to create non-violent, non- exploitative and sustainable organizations.

Academic and Competitive Niche

Academy will create a competitive niche. It will focus more on entrepreneurial activities leading to making local and national economy viable. The Academy will produce thought leaders to serve the Public Sector Organizations and also the Multi National Corporations. The value based approach to management will make the Academy and its courses distinct. To realize this,

• A core team of the faculty will be created.
• This core team of faculty will enable to get and groom associate faculties.
• Strong focus on Ph.D. Programme.

• The students will be asked to adopt villages and start social initiatives to promote mass entrepreneurship.
• Women Empowerment will be the unique feature of this social initiative drive.
• One year service to PSUs will be mandatory as a service to country.
