Integrating Spirituality and Organizational Leadership Foundation (ISOL Foundation) would like to invite you to submit proposals for the pre-conference Professional Development Workshops (PDW) at the 3rd International Conference on Integrating Spirituality and Organizational Leadership.

The theme of this pre conference PDW is “Ontology and Epistemology of Spirituality”

Integrating Spirituality and Organizational Leadership Foundation aims at promoting leadership that nurtures the spirit of each person in order to create harmony at workplace and society. The Foundation envisages promoting compassion, love and truth at workplace in order to create non-violent, non-exploitative and sustainable organizations. It is committed to contributing to the body of management research by drawing insights from various wisdom traditions and integrating them with modern management practices.

PDWs allow you to investigate appropriate various topics related to ontology and epistemology of spirituality as well as our theme for ISOL – 2011.

The purpose of this PDW is manifold to create a global network of scholars working on wisdom traditions and its applications in modern management practices.

You are welcome to plan your PDW. All spiritual topics related to the workplace may be the basis of a PDW. Bold, creative, and insightful interdisciplinary workshops are highly encouraged.
