| The significance of spirituality in management
is acquiring considerable international recognition. It is emerging
as potential areas of research in the fields of management and
social economics. There is a prime need to discuss the issues
at the doctoral level in order to encourage research initiatives
aiming at integrating spirituality and management for sustainable
organizational development that is non – violent and non-exploitative.
The present workshop aims to bring together the research scholars
from USA, Europe and Asia to systematically explore and map
the field from different perspectives referring to different
discipliners and spiritual traditions. |
